Fun, competitive, and safe flag football for all ages in Myrtle Beach

Register for the current or upcoming season of Myrtle Beach Football League! MBFL offers youth and adult flag football featuring fast-paced gameplay, real football feel, team-based competition, and a strong focus on skill development and sportsmanship. Whether you're signing up as an individual, bringing your own team, or stepping up to coach, there’s a place for you in the league.

Fall Season League Play

Crisp energy, new competition, and a fresh chance to play the game you love. MBFL’s Fall 2026 Season is the perfect opportunity to stay active, sharpen your skills, and compete in fast-paced flag football all season long. The season kicks off October 4, with all games played at North Strand Recreation Center. Teams will practice during the week and compete on Sundays throughout the fall. Registration closes August 31 so teams can be finalized and jerseys ordered in time for Week 1.

Spring Season League Play

Start the spring with purpose, competition, and fun. MBFL’s Spring 2027 Season delivers fast-paced flag football that keeps players moving, improving, and competing every week. The season will run throughout April and May 2027, with locations and specific dates to be announced. Teams will practice during the week and compete on Sundays throughout the season. Registration will close prior to the season so teams can be finalized and jerseys ordered in time for Week 1.

Become an MBFL Coach

Make a difference and lead a team through an exciting season of flag football. Coaching or football experience is preferred but not required — we’ll give you everything you need. We especially encourage older players who want to coach younger divisions, and parents can ask about player discounts if their child is playing.
